My dossier is not here yet

The pre-op dossier is written for your inputs and reviewed by a person. It is ready within 24 hours of your request in normal conditions, and the app notifies you once. You can close the app in the meantime; nothing is lost.

Cancel or manage Replant Pro

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Replant. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refund requests go through Apple's "Report a Problem".

Restore a purchase

Reinstalled the app or changed phone? Open Replant, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID.

Delete your data

In the app: Settings, then Delete everything. Your photos, visualizations, dossier and records are removed from our servers. Deleting your data does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Better photos

Daylight, no cap, hair dry and pushed back the way you usually wear it. Hold the phone at arm's length and follow the four guided views. You can retake any view from the review screen.
